Abstract
We observed a change in the amount of drug uptake into the tumor tissues, tumor growth, and a cell survival rate by using mild-hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in vivo and in vitro. As a result, the amounts of drug uptake to the tumor were increased with in vivo, and tumor growth rate were decreased, a cell survival rate were decreased in vitro study. Therefore, these results suggested that mild-hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy were increase the tumor damages due to the uptake of drugs, because of increase of blood flow in tumor tissue. Also these results predicted the elevated QOL and decrease of metastasis after mild-hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy.
