On the histmorphological study of the tumorigenesis using mathematical model

Abstract

In recent years, new biological findings have substantially increased our understanding of the effects of physical stimulation (cell adhesion or cell shape, etc.) on the process of cell carcinogenesis. Unlike the experiment in vitro, the carcinogenic process in vivo progresses in the various environmental conditions, however, effects of these environmental conditions, including type of mutation, on tumorigenic process needs further investigation. Here, we are going to introduce the mathematical model of tumor growth based on the morphological study.
