Abstract
Computational models in systems biology and a case study of radiation biology Tetsuya SAKASHITA Systems biology has been developed to understand a huge and complicated biological system. Various models were proposed for this research field. Here, I briefly describe the current knowledge of systems biology with a scope of calculation model. Recently, an international research group was established1), and the feasibility of the systems biology in the research field of radiation biology has been discussed, especially in the theoretical and experimental problems. A case study of radiation biology is reviewed[2, 3]. Finally, I want to discuss the potential of systems biology in radiation biology.
