Abstract
One of the big problems to decrease interior noise is that most methods to reduce road noise have no small negative effects on the other performances as vehicle dynamics, etc. We suggest new way to reduce road noise that uses sheets of acoustic material generally used to reduce high frequency noise. Acaustic model experiments made it clear that neccesary rrquirement for mid-frequency acoustic absorption by using the sheets of absorption material is derection of the particle velocity. The sheets of absorption material put on the flat space separated by a plate that caused to vibrate easily can absorb road noise.
