Abstract
The new material having new soot burning mechanism was found out as high-performance soot burning catalyst for diesel particulate filter, which mechanism was different from conventional materials having oxygen exchange reaction property. The material showed the superior effect on soot burning performance even with low precious metal loading condition and possessed high thermal durability. High soot burning performance was confirmed even at actual emission gas condition.
