Abstract
In preparation for realizing assistances and educations drawn on the concept of "keeping off the accidental risk", general drivers' unsafe driving behaviors were collected and analyzed on the basis of the frequency and the risk. Furthermore, the effects of the instructor's advice on the behavior modifications were analyzed for the purpose of the future investigations into the effects of the new assistances and educations. Through these fundamental reaserches, a new concept of accident prevention, the reformation of driving habits prior to getting into danger, was introduced.
