Abstract
We focused on low-cost hollow extruded aluminum materials and worked on developing the manufacturing method of the aluminum rear lower arm by cold press. We developed the rear lower arm made of extruded aluminum, which showed a great reduction in cost and a lightning effect comparing to those of die-casting, by establishing elementary technics in structure details, alloying element, junction process, etc..
