Abstract
To reduce vehicle development time and cost, it is necessary to predict parts temperature accurately in the advanced study stage. But it is difficult to calculate the temperature of exhaust system in a short time. So we developed an efficient approach to predict parts temperature by considering the effects of radiation, convection and heat transfer, using the loosely coupled computing method.
