Evaluation of the Acceleration Feeling Focused on Acceleration Sound of CVT Vehicle

Abstract

In this study, the acceleration sound of CVT vehicle is focused on the improving acceleration feeling. First, subjective evaluation is used for grasping the impression changes when rise time of engine speed and increasing engine speed per second changes. Second, the prediction model for acceleration feeling is constructed by multiple regression analysis. Finally, the model is considered by the experiment in consideration of driving motion and acceleration which uses driving simulator and practical vehicle.
