Abstract
The heavy-duty vehicle exhaust gas measurement system using the ZrO2 type NOx sensor can be directly inserted into the exhaust pipe and is suitable for long-term road driving tests. However, this measurement system has a problem that the measurement accuracy of NOx concentration is inferior to that of the chemiluminescence analyzer, and NH3 is erroneously detected as NOx. In this report, as a measure to improve the measurement accuracy, the calibration curve for calculating the NOx concentration is modified to match the exhaust gas of heavy-duty vehicles, and we examined the introduction of a NH3 sensor to correct NH3 interference.
