Abstract
Analysis model of stator which can consider the influence of varnish is developed to reduce circular 0th vibration of stator. The rigidity of varnish is modeled as anisotropy of coil and the varnish impregnation ratio is modeled as connection area between coil and stator core. As a result, the difference in vibration level due to the change in varnish impregnation ratio can be predicted with an error of 0.2dB. It is revealed that the varnish impregnation ratio 40% to 60% is the best condition to reduce circular 0th vibration of stator.
