Abstract
To reduce road noise effectively, focusing on high contributing principal component (PC) modes is a well known method. Although, the difficulty of simultaneous measurement when applied to actual vehicle test is one of the issues. Therefore, a method was proposed to obtain the whole body PC modes by integrating the partial PC modes. In this paper we applied this method to an operational test data for each measurement group and obtained the whole body PC modes, the effectiveness of the proposed method for practical usage was proved.
