Abstract
Impacts of transboundary air pollution from East Asia Domain and domestic air pollution in Japan Domain on air quality in Japan in 2050 were investigated by simulations using CMAQ. As a result, it was found that the domestic air pollution had an influence on the concentration of O3 in Japan during whole seasons, while the transboundary air pollution from East Asia had an influence on O3 in Japan in autumn and winter seasons. In the case of PM2.5, both of East Asia and domestic air pollution had an influence on the PM2.5 concentration in east Japan, while East Asia air pollution had larger influence on PM2.5 concentration than domestic air pollution in west Japan.
