Abstract
We executed real road test reproduction with Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), a key technology for electrification of powertrains. In the method we formerly studied, it was difficult to generate the same dynamometer force with the road test whilst altering the vehicle condition, such as State of Charge (SOC) and driving mode, against the road test. By converting the measured road load into a gradient force coupled with Road Load Simulation (RLS) dynamometer control, it becomes possible to generate the equivalent road load regardless of the vehicle condition.
