This study presents analysis of threshing mechanism for Japanese type head feeding combine. In previous reports, detaching difficulty of rice and stochastic process of threshing were analyzed.
This report describes dynamics of thresher. Head feeding thresher is a dynamic system having hereditary phenomenon and feedback effect. Hence, the dynamics is described in state equation as discrete time system. System parameters are identified on experimental results, and simulations are done by using identified parameters. As a result, simulation results coincided with experimental results, and proved that the proposed method for the thresher was right. It becomes possible to predict dynamic performance of a thresher by using detaching force in tensile tests.
