Abstract

With the technology of industrialized rice seedling nursery becoming more and more popular in China, dibble precision seeding machines with high accuracy are needed. A precision seeder system, a photoelectric close-loop controlled one, was designed according to the demands of agronomic technology for industrialized rice seedling nursery based on coated rice seed. Single-chip microprocessor (SCM) monitor can control metering process of the seeder. Only one seed per metering unit can be fed each time, which increases seeding accuracy. Coated rice seed used for industrialized rice seedling nursery is favorable for mechanical seeding and can concise agronomic technology of seedling nursery.
