Abstract
We have experienced 140 patients with Swine Graft, 150 patients with Gore Tex Graft, and 48 patients with mobilized Bacilic vein fistula.
Patencies in 4 years function were 17 percent in Swine Graft, 21 percent in Gore Tex Graft and 54 percent in mobilized Bacilic vein fistula. Complications of grafts were pseudovalve formation, stenosis of puncture site, progressive narrowing of efferent vein and false aneurysm formation. In order to prevent graft complications, especially pseudovalve formation or false aneurysm formations, It is very important to control blood pressure of the patient, and to decrease ultrafiltration rate during hemodialysis.
