Clinical study on Hall-Kaster valve performance, and its long-term follow up study on LV function by UCTG

Abstract

Mechanical functions of valvular prosthesis was studied immediately after surgery. LV function (LVDd, EF, and mVcf) was estimated by UCTG 2 weeks and 6 months after valvular replacement. All these factors of AR and MS patients concentrated to the normal value area 6 months after operation. This tendency was not to be ascertained about MR patients.
