Abstract
From hemodynamic study ISPX showed superior hemodynamic performance over HX and BS, but there was no difference in postoperative improvement of LVDd and CSA among these valve substitutes. From follow-up data incidence of thromboembolism in HX with routine anticoagulation was appearently higher than ISPX without routine anticoagulation. And endocarditis occured only in xenografts and its incidence of ISFX seemed to be higher especially in early postoperative period. In conclusion, because of hemodynamic and antithrombogenic advantages of ISPX which already surpasses pocine xenograft, its use is highly recomended under riving attention to contamination early after operation.
