Twelve recostrutive surgery for femoro-iliac vein occlusive disease and eleven reconstruction for superior vena cava syndrome were made. Nine EPTFE grafts and three autovein were used for femoro-iliac region and all of the grafts for the eleven superior vena cava replacement or bypass were EPTFE. A temporary distal arteriovenous fistula was useful in the venous reconstructive surgery.
