Abstract
There is much demand for micro drilling processes to drill a micro hole less than 0.2mm in diameter that can be applied to the fuel injection nozzle. In this study, the non-step drilling methods for high efficiency processing are developed. The effects of the supply method of cutting oil and the feed rate of drills are verified to measure thrust force and torque during drilling. The following results are obtained. The drip supply of cutting oil is optimal method for the non-step drilling, because the cutting oil is sucked up into the micro hole. And the high feed rate that can be kept chips to continuous form is optimal method.
