Linkage Analysis by Reciprocal Translocation Method in Rice Plants (Oryza Sativa L.). : I. Linkage Groups Corresponding to the Chromosome 1, 2, 3 and 4

Abstract

By employing reciprocal translocation method, ten out of twelve linkage groups have been assigned to the relevant chromosomes. In this paper, Iinkage groups corresponding to the chromosome 1, 2, 3 and 4 were discussed. New recessive genes, drp₂, dp₂, ops, eg and d₁₀, were also demonstrated.
