Abstract
It is extremely difficult to obtain the hybrid seeds between the 10- and the 9-chromosome species in the genus Brassica by ordinary methods of crossing. However, the author succeeded in the hybridization with fairly high cross fertility through the application of grafting method, yielding three types of hybrid plants whose diploid number of chromosomes was 19, 28 38, respetively.
