The experiment was carried out to study the zymographic characteristics in male sterile rape (Brassica napus L.) usingr isozyme methcd. Between normal plant and male sterile plant, no difference of zymogram was observed in stem, petiole and pistil, but difference was observed in bud (about two days before flowering).
