Abstract

As the bridges are aging, periodic close visual inspections are conducted. In the visual inspection of concrete floor slabs, the soundness and countermeasure classification are evaluated through the information of items such as cracks in the floor slab, free lime, exposed reinforcing bars, and floating. Detailed inspec-tions are carried out to understand the internal deterioration status of those with significant damage, but the accuracy rate of internal deterioration in the visual inspection is not high. In this study, in order to build a model that estimates internal deterioration from the information obtained by visual inspection, the damage state recorded in the periodic inspection and the inside such as rebar corrosion and water retention that can be observed by microwaves are used. The purpose is to clarify the relationship of deterioration. The feature amount of each damage of the concrete floor slab was acquired by image processing from the damage diagram recorded in the periodic inspection, and the damage condition of the appearance was evaluated.
