Abstract

In this study, We observed the road crossing action in the primary schoolchildren and investigated it and arranged the traffic rules that you should observe when a walker did a road crossing. After that, We tried the actual situation grasp how walking primary schoolchildren could observe traffic rules.

As a result of having analyzed the walk position after the outflow before intersection inflow, it was confirmed to be similar to the walk position that most of the primary schoolchildren who observed it showed in traffic rules. Then, as a result of having analyzed a stop and the right and left confirmation situation, it was low, and, as for the stop, as for about 5% of the whole, the confirmation of both right and left, it became clear with approximately 15% of whole that a security confirmation action before crossing was the insufficient actual situation. Furthermore, it followed that We started crossing when a vehicle was on the crossing line without all primary schoolchildren at the time of the leaving school and primary schoolchildren more than the half that We observed at the time of school attendance confirming both nonstop and right and left at one time.
