In recent years, along with the innovation of laser measurement technology, the means of acquiring threedimensional (3D) shapes of road spaces as point cloud data are becoming diversified. Although the opportunities by using point cloud data are increasing as a means of correctly recognizing the present shapes, it is difficult to use the point cloud data wisely in conformity with the usage because the point cloud data does not keep the information about the feature indicated by the points.
Therefore, in existing researches, feature identification techniques using point cloud data have been proposed. However, the data structure for efficient management of the identification results and diverse kinds of data has not been examined yet. In this research, attribute management specifications for the point cloud data to manage feature information are proposed, along with a product model for the point cloud data; Semantic Point Cloud Data which uses the specifications. Then, a digital twin environment for public structures was constructed to serve as the foundation for the maintenance of social infrastructures with "Semantic Point Cloud Data" as its core, and its efficacy was evaluated.
