Abstract

This is a paper that described the reasonable methods of computing the intensities of motor vehicle inflow and outflow to parking places required for parking planning and proposd a new graphical solution to determine average length of parking in time.
And form this we can get satisfactory recognitions for the meaning of the important factors needed to determine the capacity and the site of a parking place.
Furthermore basic considerations on the method to operating a parking place efficiently are presented.
