Abstract
 The purpose of this thesis is exposure and evaluation of the risk that is subsumed by the calculation of the life cycle cost. The improvement of the accuracy of the asset management intended for the road tunnel is requested. The authors paid attention to the exfoliation phenomenon from lining concrete, clarified the characteristic of the risk variation model, and presented the applicability. As a result of doing the influence analysis of the variation factor became clear that the average exfoliation year risk, the average exfoliation year probability of occurrence, the personal loss, crush probability, detour probability, and the emergency medical treatment loss are greatly influencing the calculation of the life cycle cost.
