Abstract
In recent year, many disasters, for example earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rains and so on, happen in Japan. Especially, in 2011 Tohoku earth quake caused serious damages by tremor and tunami in very large areas. Some people predict that in days to come, some enormous earthquakes happen and cause terrible damages in Tokyo, Japanese capital, and other cities which very many people live. For decreasing damages by such disasters, we have to disperse living and business place from mega cities like Tokyo to other rural areas. It is said that people tend to live in areas that infrastructures constructed. So in this research I predicted the effect of constructing infrastructure like highway and Shinkansen train. And this research suggests that constructing and using infrastructure cause various effects like increasing GDP, tax income tourist.
