TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL BASED ON THE STRUCTURED ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

 This research aims at discussing the state of evaluation and training of the technical government official. Then we show clearly technical capabilities that are needed for technical government official's.
 First, We newly proposed the construction drawing of a construction management system through the literature research for the existing construction management system.
 And We assumed that a technical government official's business is included by the system of this construction drawing and extracted a technical government official's business, technical capabilities and the elements required for it from the structured analysis of construction management drawing.
