Abstract

Efforts to utilize ICT to maintain and manage social infrastructure such as roads, bridges and tunnels have been developed for several years, and road patrol (hereinafter referred to as "road pat") is one of the measures. This is a road management system that estimates degradation of roads using smartphones. It is aimed at lower cost and simplification of work than MCI, which is a road surface property evaluation that has been utilized until now. In this research, we use a composite image filter capable of collecting information on unevenness on roads and extracting damage on the road surface constructed by a previous research with an acceleration sensor built in a smartphone, we verified the validity of the crack rate.
