DEGRADATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL ABILITY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENGINEERS FOUND FROM ITEMS INDICATED BY BOARD OF AUDIT, AND PROPOSALS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

 We found degradation of technological ability of local government engineers from items indicated by Board of Audit. And then, we discussed causes of the degradation. So we proposed the plans of improvement with practical examples. The first example is to learn indicated items. The second one is to get technical qualification. The third one is to devise method of design and construction in construction site. The last one is to make a paper and present it at technical conference.
