Abstract

 This paper introduce an case study of climate change adaptation technologies in agriculture among regions by analyzing the status, process, and factors diffusion through literature survey and interview. The main results demonstrate as follows; i) the emergence of key technology that responds to the local background issues is a prerequisite for diffusion in the local community and oraganizational factor (establishing the councils) and human resource factor (existence of leading practical farmer) are also significant as well as economical factor (growth of earning by technology introduction), institutional factor (utilization of subsidy). ii) as for diffusion among regions, oraganizational factor (wider networks for interregional interchange) and human resource factor (network of personal contacts) in addition to cultural factor (optimizing the thechnology to the local community).
