Previous studies have been actively conducted on the relationship between the water temperature and the amount of growth of Corbicula japonica, suggesting that there may be a difference in the relationship between the water temperature and the amount of growth depending on the water area. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the relationship between the amount of growth of Corbicula japonica and the water temperature in Lake Jusan, using the results of field breeding experiments of Corbicula japonica in Lake Jusan for the past seven years. The effective integrated water temperature of the measured water temperature was calculated under various conditions, and the correlation analysis between the effective integrated water temperature and the growth amount of Corbicula japonica was performed. As a result, the correlation coefficient between the effective cumulative water temperature and the growth amount of Corbicula japonica was about 0.27 at the maximum, and it was found that there was a weak correlation between the water temperature and the growth amount. In Lake Jusan, the water temperature at which the Corbicula japonica begins to grow is around 13°C, suggesting that there is a significant relationship between water temperature and growth during the period before August, the high water temperature season.
