Abstract

Store on wheels, such as mobile supermarkets and food trucks, have become increasingly popular in recent years. Mobile stores will be used in a wider variety of situations, not only because they transport goods and services but also because they have the advantage of being less location-sensitive than conventional stores. In this study, we analyzed the impact of activity context (e.g., date, time-frame, and the number of users) and various attributes on preferences based on a web-based stated preference survey in three industries (supermarkets, restaurants, and fitness gyms).
