In recent years, to understand the liveliness of cities in the midst of lifestyle changes and diversification, it is necessary to take into account not only static characteristics of cities such as the number of facilities and population, but also dynamic characteristics such as the diversity and fluidity of visitors from multiple perspectives. Therefore, in this study, using mobile spatial statistics, which are data that can be continuously observed and attributes such as gender and age are available, we calculated a liveliness index by applying the diversity and agglomeration of attributes for each mesh to the crowd prosperity index. This index was calculated as an indicator of urban diversity, and the variation was confirmed by applying the proposed index to the period when behavior changed significantly due to the Corona Disaster, revealing differences by mesh. In addition, we analyzed the relationship between the urban functions and economic potential of each mesh and clarified the significance of using the index as an indicator of urban vitality based on its correlation with the proposed liveliness index.
