There are the following four problems to be solved by both the contractor and the orderer for the operation of the work ship in the fishing port construction. 1. The collection of ability and position information of work ship that can be utilized for early disaster recovery. 2. Fishing port construction orderer understand the ability and position information of work ship. 3. In order to invoice the cost of the work ship it is necessary to explicitly indicate the route and the evacuation history. 4. Work ship owner need to grasp the information of work ship position and weather sea condition for construction and operation management of fishing ports. In order to solve these four problems, we construct a position information sending system from work ships, built weather information system attach on position information of work ship, and built WEB site for displaying position and weather information of work ship. And they were installed and operated on 35 work ships in Nagasaki prefecture.
