A STUDY OF THE SERVICED COEFFICIENT OF PORT AND HARBOR CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

 Workstyle reform is carried out in the construction industry. Therefore, the efficiency improvement of construction is demanded. The port and harbor construction greatly affected by the weather condition also aims at five-day work week. In each port, the serviced coefficient for setting up a suitable construction period is defined. However, the serviced coefficient is conjectured to differ from the actual condition in a harbor with much stormy weather. This study performs fundamental examination about the serviced coefficient using observation wave data.
