In recent years, UAV photogrammetry is one of the most popular UAV survey methods due to its high versatility such as situational photography. However, when targeting a wave-dissipating block surrounded by the sea, it is difficult to ensure accuracy by surrounding the object with a control point. Therefore, in this study, we evaluated the effect of the placement of the control points on the structure surrounded by the sea by UAV photogrammetry, and verified the measurement accuracy of the outside of the control points placed on the breakwater superstructure adjacent to the wave-dissipating block.
As a result, when performing UAV photogrammetry on a wave-dissipating block, place two control points on the superstructure at 100 m intervals and one point in between, and in addition to vertical shooting, diagonal shooting in four directions and at an angle of 45 degrees. It was clarified that the accuracy can be ensured from the control point to the range of less than 62.5 m. Therefore, it was confirmed that UAV photogrammetry could be used as a wave-dissipating block.
