Abstract

 This study clarified applicability of underwater drone for inspection of fishing port infrastructure performed by diver. As a result of having a fieldwork, underwater drone can discover damage such as crack of concrete or corrosion of steel material in the same way as diver, and in underwater drone, it was revealed that the detailed size measurement was possible. In addition, one piece of whole photograph which made using a method used in UAV is usable for the identification of the position of damage and grasp of the outskirts situation of damage. Furthermore, When the area of the inspection is larger than 2400 m2, cost becomes 30% lower in Underwater drone than divers.
