Abstract
 Since the Great East Japan Earthquake, the company, commitment to business continuity has been activated. One of the most effective way to improve business continuity ability is a mock disaster. A mock disaster is a method of exercising teams in which participants are challenged to determine the actions they would take in the event of a specific disaster scenario. This paper presents the effect of a mock disaster in the enterprise and the diffusion of a mock disaster in Tokushima pref.
