ON UTILIZATION OF MAS FOR EMEGENCE ANALYSIS OF TSUNAMI MASS EVACUATION FORM

Abstract

 It is difficult to repeatedly perform a social experiment assumed various mass evacuation situations. Thereby, a numerical analysis is a useful tool to discuss the smooth evacuation. This study proposes emergence analysis method by using Multi-Agent System (MAS). The aim of the method was to understand evacuation situations under specific tsunami scenario and to extract a factor caused a traffic jam. We simulated tsunami mass evacuation from the data of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake in Kadonowaki and attempted to consider for the efficacy of the method.
