Abstract
This paper reports collected data through participants observations and aims to demonstrate the function and world of hospital hospitality house (hereinafter refered to as the facility"). The following points have been uncovered by qualitative analysis of conversations during the participants observation. 1.The facility is based on emotional support. 2. The facility helps to heal the body and spirit. 3. The facility helps each guest family to maintain their daily life and to lighten their burden. 4. The facility learns from the experiences the volunteers have themselves. 5. The facility always maintains the family's relationship. The above analysis has highlighted the importance of the nursing staff to monitor the casual conversation of each family carefully with supporting activity in the facility. In so doing the nurses can provide the ideal circumstances and support for the needs of the families enabling the best chance of recovery.
