Abstract
The objective of this research is to clarify the practical nursing care for the abused or neglected children in primary care of a hospitalization. This research was designed so as to clarify aspects of nursing practices, taking into consideration the "KJ method". The data were obtained from semi-structured interviews of 12 expert nurses in hospital. Seven categories were analytically generated. The seven caring is "their daily life is not threatened" "a good interpersonal relationship is experienced between the nurse" "supports cultivating their self-adjustment abilities" "understand the intention of their behavior " "the nurse controlled own feelings" "the nurse works in cooperation with other organizations and team" "It aims to cultivating power to live"
