To reduce material costs, a direct molding method that can reduce the cost of resin and fiber compounding by mixing resin and fiber and by molding using an injection molding machine has been actively researched. However, due to the insufficient kneading, a glass fiber (GF) bundle of visible size that remains in the molded product is a factor in the loss of strength. Verifying the correlation between fiber dispersion and plasticization conditions is necessary to achieve the target physical properties of the molded products. In this study, we examine the relationship between GF dispersion and the molding conditions.
