Problem of Internet Community and Community of Welfare Medical Supporting

Abstract

This comment are consist of three parts with the future of community consultation.

The first, ethical problems between internet users and copyright holder of software or data-base are discussed.

The next, some problems of professional license for clinical psychologist to field of welfare-medical supporting are discussed.

The last, prognosis of anti-social behavior from a few internet user with psychopathics are presented.
