Abstract
We have opened the outpatient department for examination of Helicobacter pylori and gastric cancer risk. We have measure the serum levels of pepsinogen and anti-H.pylori IgG antibody to evaluate the gastric cancer risk based of ABC risk classification. We have performed esophagogastroduodenoscopy in all patients. We performed the personalized eradication therapy in each patient and attained the eradication rate higher than 90%. The treatment-style that combined the ABC examination and individualized eradication therapy could obtain good reputation of the patients. (Jpn J Clin Pharmacol Ther 2013; 44(2): 95-100)
