Help a Century has passed since I was included in kidney transplantation. During this time, I have been performed in research and clinical practice in immunosuppressive therapy for living donor kidney transplantation, cardiac death, brain death deceased kidney transplantation, organ preservation, ABO-incompatible kidney transplantation, post-tansplant infection, dialysis therapy, and organ donation activities. Based on the lessons learned from help a century of kidney transplantation. I would like to describe the change in immunosuppressive therapy that young transplant doctor do not experiences and demerits, and introduce the transition of infectious deceases. In addition, we would like to consider the lesser-known new coronavirus (ARS-CoV-2) recurrent interstitial pneumonitis.
