Abstract

GIS (Geographic Information System) has experienced tremendous Improvements with computer graphics and virtual reality over the past decades. Specially, navigation systems in modern GIS request an efficient attribute information management technology. The attribute information management module provides useful attribute informations for retrieval of facilities. Therefore, in this paper, the most important processes, including modeling, shading and mapping technology are considered. It presents techniques for implementing navigation system using essential processes and also implements attribute information management module by integrating management of attribute databases.
